Ingredients:
-Lasagna Sheet (1 sheet)
-Local Italian Sausage, thurunger or bratwurst (as u like)
- Fresh Leaf Spinach 400 gr
-Salt (as u like)
-White pepper (as u like)
-Vegetable oil
-Egg 2 eggs

For Condiments:
-Egg 7-8 eggs
-Bell Pepper (as u like)
- Ketchup (as u like)
- Chilli Sauce Thai Style (as u like)
-Dijon Mustard (as u like)
- English Mustard (as u like)


Directions:
Cooking Method:
Add the vegetable oil to water and heat to a gentle boil. Blanch the lasagna sheets until cooked.

Chop the sausage into a small dice. Blend the sausage with the spinach and egg until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Layout the lasagna sheet, then cover the surface with the sausage mix, and fold over three times.

Steam the layered lasagna until firm, then cut into about 2 cm size (ravioli)
