Ingredients: -Lasagna Sheet (1 sheet) -Local Italian Sausage, thurunger or bratwurst (as u like) - Fresh Leaf Spinach 400 gr -Salt (as u like) -White pepper (as u like) -Vegetable oil -Egg 2 eggs
For Condiments: -Egg 7-8 eggs -Bell Pepper (as u like) - Ketchup (as u like) - Chilli Sauce Thai Style (as u like) -Dijon Mustard (as u like) - English Mustard (as u like)
Directions: Cooking Method: Add the vegetable oil to water and heat to a gentle boil. Blanch the lasagna sheets until cooked.
Chop the sausage into a small dice. Blend the sausage with the spinach and egg until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Layout the lasagna sheet, then cover the surface with the sausage mix, and fold over three times.
Steam the layered lasagna until firm, then cut into about 2 cm size (ravioli)

Ingredients: Part I: 1 loaf white bread 100 gr butter 50 gr baking chocolate, cincang kasar 50 gr mix peeled / kismis 50 gr kacang mede, sangrai dan cincang kasar Part II: 1 ltr fresh milk 200 gr white sugar 30 gr chocolate powder 8 eggs
Directions: Part I: - Siapkan loyang ukuran 20x20, olesi dengan mentega, sisihkan - Potong roti tawar menjadi 2 bagian atau sesuai selera. - Lelehkan mentega - Celupkan potongan roti tawar ke dalam mentega, kemudian susun diatas loyang. Taburi dengan baking chocolate, mix peeled/kismis dan kacang mede. Part II: - Panaskan susu dengan gula putih dan chocolate powder (jangan sampai mendidih) - Kocok telur sebentar. - Setelah susu panas, matikan api dan masukkan kocokan telur, aduk - Tuang part II ke dalam loyang part I. - Bakar didalam oven dengan suhu 180* C (20 menit) - Hidangkan dalam keadaan panas.

Description: 1 eleven-ounce can mandarin oranges, undrained 1/2 cup flat Champagne 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons honey Preparation: Place the mandarin oranges, with their syrup, in a medium-size saucepan. Add the Champagne and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the mixture has reduced to about 1 cup. Remove from the heat and let cool. Place the cooled mixture in a blender, and process until smooth. Stir in the sour cream and honey
Ingredients: 1 large mango, peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes (about 2 cups) 1 medium papaya, skin and seeds removed, cut into 3/4-inch cubes (about 2 cups) 1 medium pineapple, skin, hard eyes, and central core removed, cut into 3/4-inch cubes (about 4 cups)
Directions: Toss the prepared fruit together in a large bowl, and pour the dressing over the fruit. Refrigerate for an hour.
